完整的PMP會將42個子流程通通講完，而上週我們先簡介了五大流程並講完了第一個知識領域：Project Integration Management。

針對五大流程與九大知識領域我想我們可以簡單得這樣去說明，五大流程著重在程序，每個階段該做些什麼樣動作、該有什麼Input、該有什麼Output、當發生什麼狀況時應該進行哪個流程；而知識領域則是將這些子流程依所屬的領域歸類進去，從這九大知識領域我們可以看出PMP著重的點就在這幾個面向，但並不代表做好一個PM只要了解這些東西，每個領域的PM應該都有其獨特該具備的額外能力，但這些是大多數PM應該要了解與熟悉的觀念。

以下簡單介紹一下這九大領域： 

• Project Integration Management：專案整合管理，PM在專案中一個很重要的角色就是Integrator，負責整合協調過程中的資源、人、活動要素等等，這部分會包含幾個子流程，Develop Project Charter、Develop Project Management Plan、Driect and Manage Project Execution、Monitor and Control Project Work、Perform Integrated Change Control、Close Project or Phase。
• Project Scope Management：專案範疇管理，Scope為專案管理金三角之一，為確保專案的能如質如預期的被達成，包含幾個子流程，Collect Requirements、Define Scope、Create WBS、Verify Scope、Control Scope。
• Project Time Management：專案時程管理，Time也是專案金三角之一，為了確保專案能如期的被達成，包含幾個子流程，Define Activities、Seqeuence Activities、Estimate Activity Resources、Estimate Activity Duration、Develop Schedule、Control Schedule。
• Project Cost Management：專案成本管理，Cost也是專案金三角之一，執行相關的子流程，以估算並決定專案的預算與費用使用，包含以下幾個幾流程，Estimate Costs、Determine Budget、Control Costs。
• Project Quality Management：專案品質管理，規劃與控制專案的產出品質，包含以下三個子流程，Plan Quality、Perform Quality Assurance、Perform Quality Control。
• Project Human Resources Management：專案人力資源管理，規畫專案的人員計劃，包含要多少人，要什麼職能的人，這些人的來源，何時投入等，團隊組成與管理也在這個知識領域中，包含幾個子流程，Develop Human Resource Plan、Acquire Project Team、Develop Project Team、Manage Project Team。
• Project Communication Management：專案溝通管理，這邊的溝通包含對象與形式，對象主要是與本專案有關的利害關係人(Stakeholder)，並確保專案團隊能適當的產生對應的文件，發佈、儲存對應的資訊，以確保溝通無礙，包含以下流程，Identify Stakeholderas、Plan Communication、Distribute Information、Manage Stakeholder Expectations、Report Performance。
• Project Risk Management：專案風險管理，辨識、分析、控制專案的風險因子，包含以下流程，Plan Risk Management、Identify Risks、Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis、Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis、Plan Risk Response、Monitor and Control Risks。
• Project Procurement Management：專案採購風險，包含採購或者獲得專案所需的產品，包含以下流程，Plan Procurements、Conduct Procurements、Administer Procurements、Close Procurements。
